Founded by Jon J. Meyers, SRA, Appraisal Resources, Ltd. was established in response to the need for accurate, well-supported property valuations in complex real estate matters.

With more than 26 years of appraisal experience, Jon built the firm on a foundation of accuracy, reliability, and client-focused service. What began as a small operation has grown into a respected appraisal practice known for its work in estate and probate proceedings, divorce settlements, real estate investments, financial planning, and purchase and sale decisions.
